New Monitoring Software

We have invested in and setup new monitoring software which alerts us within a few seconds if apache, ftp, mysql, DNS, telnet, or mail, goes down on any of our servers. This is better than the old monitoring because unlike the old monitoring which was located on the machines that it was monitoring, this is remotly hosted and will still work in case of a machine lockup.
