One thing I know I find inconvenient with online mail forms like the trouble-ticket system is that the sender only gets an autoresponse confirmation and ticket number, but not a copy of the actual message. It is possible with PHP to add a Yes/No option for the sender to receive a copy of his/her message. Am I the only one who would find this addition to the trouble-ticket system useful? If so, would Brendan et al. consider adding this feature?

If so you want to see a whole written log, of what you said and they said, just goto RocketSupport.com , and login with your username and password that you used when you signed up with HOSTROCKET. If you are not a member yet, I suppose there is no way. You could IM Brendan, as he is the one who is usually on AIM. Hopw that helps...

I think having the option to Cc a ticket on submission is a very good idea. Kyle's right about the log, but that only works if you can get into www.rocketsupport.com....

Everyone with an account has access to rocketsupport.com, and if you request it in the ticket we can cc it to another address as well.
