DTS Dynamic Task Assignment

I am trying to set Dynamic Properties Task in VB.Net for a DTS application. When I reference the Assignment to a Dynamic Task, I am getting a runtime error 'An unhandled exception of type 'System.ExecutionEngineException'

Has anyone tried creating a DTS Dynamic Properties Task in VB.Net?
