Hi,

We have added another full time support person to our team. Van Tate Jr. will be helping us out in getting your support requests taken care of in a timely fashion. We are working to get support request responses down to under 1 hour over the next week or so.

This will also help free up some more time for others to work on getting new features on everyones accounts, and making sure everything runs more smoothly.

Would like to welcome you to a fantastic host, I hope you enjoy your stay there. Hopefully, I will never need your services but can imagine you're as cool as Steve and Brendan! :)

As for Kyle! Hey mate... your a young lad, stop getting overexcited! WE all know how great Hostrocket is, so we dont really need to see your face 3/4 times in every subject. Okay.... hostrocket is kool.. but somebody needs to tell you... and Im sure there are loads dying to say this but...... come on if you have something worthwhile to say coooooooool. But to go on and on in every subject about how good host rocket is....... WE KNOW..... grow up lad! Calm down. We have the best host there is around... and thats from a UK person!

Please mate... stop the sickly adolescent imature adoration - even though its adoration worthwhile!

I know a lot of people come here before they purchase hosting. I jsut want to make sure they get it that HostRocket Rules! I will calm down a lot! Trust me, school is ending in 5 weeks, and I am really busy with huge huge reports. I won't post near as much. I will try and keep them to a minimal. But, you see, i have had a lot of people im me on AIM asking for help, as they saw my sn on the forums, and I did. Consequently, I will still post, but not near as much, only when needed. Hope that helps, as we can tell we are both sagacious.
