browser inconsistency

ive noticed that the more i add css to a page im working on the more mozilla seems to draw it differently everytime its reloaded. im wondering if this is just a flaw in the browser or im not writing upto par css. ive checked it out in ie and it draws it the same every single time but i know ie is know to be kind to badly written pages.

A link so that we could view the source would be handy. Although, I'd put my money on a slight problem with your code. A similar thing happened with me not too long ago and it did end up being my problem, not Mozilla's.
