I have a mircosoft visual problem c++ library terminate it in unusally way I cant go to internet explore or my control panel , but on the other users they can. Can anyone help with this problem how to solve

Can some one help me with a problem I have a error message that comes up when I want to click on Internet explorer It reads that the application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an ususual way the same message appear when I click on the control panel. but other users log on and do not have a problem with internet explorer can any one help me

ok...ok..ok.....wow....lets slow down here.....are you developing a C++ application?.....or are you just getting this "error" when trying to use Internet Explorer , or the system Control Panel?
