Login Script

Is anyone awhere of a php Login script that first checks a database to see if the user exists (ie Name, Email and Company name) and if they do it automatically sends them an email with a password and if they are not it sends an email to an administrator that when then go in and add the user to the db and then it would send them an email. I know its a long shot but if some one can get me close I can figure out how to modify the rest. Thanks!
