download que scripts

Hi people,

I currently run a xitami server at home on an xp machines for servering up large mp3s (50-120mb) for my music site. Its only an adsl connection so i've limited the number of connection to my server to 5, but i'd like to que downloads so people don't get the max connections page, rather they know that they are in a que.
I have a beginners knowledge of PHP, so does anyone know of download que system scripts for download, or scripts that can be modified to do this?
