Alright, here it goes :
I started to write another lil tag board, I got a few code snippets from my friends and got her done. What I want to do is add a time stamp. I got that done too - but instead of having the stamp show up in the post like it does now, i want it to show up when you hover your mouse over the persons name like in a tool tip. Can anyone let me know how to do that?
Thanks

AFAIK, the only way to do that would be to add a javascript OnHover (I think that's the event). You could write the OnHover code as part of the page, of course, filling in the appropriate text with the timestamp code you already have.

Cool...I thought it would, but I don't know squat about javascript. :D

Heh. Yeah, neither do I. But I do know where to find great free javascripts (javascriptkit.com - dynamicdrive.com etc) and installing them isn't too god awfully tough!
O.o I tried that overlib - matter of fact that was my first choice for the tooltip script, but i just can't seem to figure out how to change the size of the font within the caption box. Either way, i'm happy w/the dhtml tooltip I have now. I appreciate the comments and suggestions!
