frontpage and subdomains

I have set up a subdomain and can access it through a little freebie ftp progam and can publish to it. I also set up my main account to publish with front page 2000. Now, how do I set up front page to publish to my new subdomain? Everything I try fails. My dad really wants to publish to his newly created subdomain with frontpage. Please help.

Publish to the subdomain like you were publishing to maindomain.com/subdomain, thats where the subdomain files pull from.
