I would kile to know if exists a book of ONLY exercises for C language. And I would too what's the best site for as beginners as advanced programmers in C??

I don't know of a book that is just exercises. A book like that wouldn't make much sense. There are books out there that do exercises on things like network programming and what not that USE C in the examples...but I don't know of a C exercise book.
