How do I log into ftp account other then main

I have set up an extra ftp account but I cannot seem to log in to it.

I have no problem logging into the main account but when I try the special ftp account I get a login incorrect error.

I use the main site IP address, the ftp accounts name for the user name and the password I assigned when I set up the account as the password. I have even waited a day to make sure there wasn't some sort of waiting period.

Appreciate any help anybody can offer on this.

host: ftp.domain.com
user name: name@domain.com
password: password you assigned to this account

I think, if your concern still persists then kindly try to recreate the FTP account after deleting the first one. I hope this will resolve the issue. Else you can check on server, if this FTP account has the proper permission to access the FTP site.
