i require help

does anyone know how to rotate images in c++ windows?
any libraries i can get or sumthin like that?

Do you mean Visual C++? I know a plug-in... my dad works for Autodesk and they make 5,000-10,000 dollar software to do that stuff. There is also OpenGL to program to the graphics card. Look up "gmax" that is the 3D plug-in used to make 3D graphics. Black & White was made in it and so was Tomb Raider.

nah sorry...they have a piracy prevention even though i get to use it free but i cant sell it or make money off of it.... just for personal use.....full version also
