Competition Forum Rules
Most of the rules for the contest participants can be decided by the person who created the contest, however these are rules if you plan to make a new contest thread.

If you are going to make a competition, it should be for fun. If we suspect you are trying to get folks to do your homework and/or client work, we will close if not delete the thread.
If you plan to offer a prize, it must be legal!
If you particpate in a contest and don't recieve your prize because the contest maker didn't ship it, don't come to us. We don't have the manpower or the skills to police these transactions, so you need to think of another way to get him/her back. Depending on if this gets serious and there are alot of lies being told, we may have to intervene and kick some coder ass :p
Coderforums is (as of now) making the official policy that they will NOT sponsor or judge any competition. (Moderators can do whatever they want, but they are not representing coderforums.

This contest/challenge forum is a way for you as a community to have fun and.. eh, challenge each other. Keep it fun and it will be fun.
