I learnt a little bit of Prolog and I like the concepts of it, but don't like how it's implemented. The idea of a first order calculus logic programming language is very cool, but Prolog needs to be rewritten. There were too many times that I ran into stack overflows or something that, by common sense, doesn't make sense, but because of the way you put it in, Prolog thinks it does (e.g. in one of my programs, my father was also my uncle because he was a brother to himself, go figure.)
