I'm thinking about buying a python book, and this book seemed to be good.

Though, it costs a lot ($30.5 where I want to buy it), at least for me since I don't have a job or anything (I'm still at school:(). Therefore, I'd like to have some opinions about it, in the hope some of you people read it. I read the reviews on amazon etc, and it seems quite nice.

The publisher is O'Reilly (http://www.OReilly.com) who is quite known AFAIK.

Book info:

Learning Python (Help for Programmers) by Mark Lutz

So please, if you've read this book, tell me your opinion because I don't want to spend that much money on a useless book :(

Also, if you don't know the book, but read another python book which you think is good for a total newbie, please tell.
