i have been through a few web hosting services, including some which cost thrice as much as HR, and believe me, HR compares very favourably.
just a couple of sub-domin ideas,
1.
i think it is possible for HR to add a [%domain] entry in the log files, i have seen it done elsewhere, so that we could see a domain - by - domain report in analog. this would also let us run logfile analyzers on our daily logfiles and make a usage report for each sub domain.
2.
just a wish, but how about a little provision page for the sub-domain holders? just a log-in field and then two fields: change e-mail password and change ftp password.
one just doesn't feel good, i think, requesting the webmaster to change passwords all the time.
