default index page and restrictions

1. Enhance the control panel adding a button to set the "default index page" for every directory or the entire website.

2. Add to the page "password protection" also the IP address restriction.

These may be done editing the .htaccess file manually but it would be very simple to add into the control panel.

They're using CPanel3 though, not sure how easy that is to modify

They could suggest the same to the authors of Cpanel... :-)
