Yes, I came here to vent !
I read the posts from others hr clients about their accounts being suspended and now it has happened to me.
I purchased advertising, so I got more hits than usual, and I am suspended !
Last time over a year ago I think, I was suspended without any email or information, this time, atleast I received an information email saying that my account was making too many database queries. I have been using the same script for many months, I can fix it if it is causing excess load, but I need to have access to be able to fix it !
I had worked over a year to get my site to the top of the searchengines, exchanging links and adding content, and now when I have started to get traffic, my account gets suspended. This could poison my search engine listing and my raking will go down again :-(
If only hr would have contacted me before and informed me that I need to upgrade, I would have upgraded ! Or they could have given me some time to either upgrade or leave - that would be much better than a suspension. May be they do not realize the impact of account suspension - not only do I loose credibility before my clients and regular visitors, I loose many months of work to build my site reputation with the search engines. If the spider comes along when my account is suspended, my site may be banned for life ! It would be no use upgrading after that !
There, I have vented it out, its better than hitting refresh button again and again on my email client ! I even tried the phone but they are all busy helping other customers !
