trouble ticket response in cp

we can submit trouble tickets from the cp, why not have the responses there, too? of course, they could still go to email, or be optional; something like that.

i think it'd be a good idea. w/ some kind of alert system, such as msn messenger has.

also an email auto conformation that you recieved the response ticket, it may not be important, but its reasuring.
