I've tried submitting tickets including priority for this, can anybody tell me how long it would take for host22's mysql server to be down - its now been gone all morning.
The lack of support for this - thats is the lack of response to my tickets, is a cause for concern since if you can't reply on an efficient support service then it not worth the money.
