More gig's

You guys are the best anyone could want, just 1 tiny problem. Can you guys increase the gig ammount? Please? I think 10 gig's is a little under what it should be. I dont know just a suggestion. Im still a Very happy costumer, and I will be upgrading to the 29.99 service soon. Just wanted to know if you guys will add more gigs to the plans?

Compared to most hosts in our price-range, you may notice that our montly GIG allowance is usually way past what others give their customers.

I've seen plans for $20, 100MB, 4GB bandwidth. And that's one of the better ones.

In a comparable price/feature plan, that I almost signed up for before deciding on HR, was 50MB and 4 GB transfer.

We could increase how much of everything we give out, but then we would run out of money and go out of business. We do have to maintain a certain level of income from this to make it a worthwhile proposition. We have lots of costs other than simply paying for bandwidth, i.e. paying ourselves and support people, advertising, new servers, etc. Our prices are just about the lowest you will find anywhere, and there isnt a lot of room for them to go any lower. You could easily find 20 hosts who charge 3x what we do for half of what we offer and give horrible support.

how do u guys afford so many features anyway?

Alot of the reason we are able to offer so much is we can get away with a little bit of advertising because our customers (you guys) go out and tell everyone how much you like our service (hint hint hehe) and how we offer lots of features. Its like taking the marketing budget and turning it into extra features, and lettings the customers in turn do the marketing.
