problem with installing php BLOG

Does free account support .php Blog? I want to build a Blog using HostRocket free webspace.
I uploaded all the essential files of the blog program to my FTP account, but when I try to install the program in IE broswser, the page can't be opened, always shows 404 mistake.
Who can help me with it?

I am not sure about the specifics of the free accounts, but what kind of blog are you trying to install?

Free accounts support most PHP functions, but they don't have database support which most blogs require.
