Simple FTP Help

I am new to the coding world (if this even falls under coding) but i want to set up an anon ftp account that can only read/write but can not delete, would this be done via setting up a anon account and then using a script in the dir? if so where could i find info on the script i would need to use to make this work? Thx in advanced. -Brian

Just try looking for ws-ftp programme. In this software programme, you'll be able to enable the read/write and execution mode. just try downloading from www.cnet.com or www.chami.com
