my domaine name and the test page with ip not working :-(

but i can acces my website like this :

Next time it runs into this issue. Open command prompt(assuming you use Windows) and type 'ping host57.hrwebservices.net' , hit enter. See what IP that resolves to, check it against your records. From time to time its necessary to switch IPs

im using OSX but we have some tool to do this too

you think i need to update somthing in my domaine name pref ?

i dont receaved any information about this new IP

you.some-domain-hosted-outside-of-hostrocket.com type of thing? If so just change it. Or if you have a domain purchased outside and using Name servers other than HRs, than YES. Just change the foward you have to the new ip/~username

About not recieving info about it. Most of the time.... you wouldnt. IN the event that they did send out emails... it most likely wont be as soon as they switch it. Might be something to email them and ask. :)

im not using ip redirection but DNS
