I just recently purchased the giga-sale package and still have not received my setup email. It has been approximately 12 hours. I sent in a ticket about it as well and no response on it. Any idea of why this is?
Sounds like the e-mail is getting blocked (or labled as spam, and you are not receiving it).
If you are using Hotmail, or Yahoo, check your spam folder to see if it is in there.

The email I placed on there is an academic account and I've been receiving on that account fine. I've checked my spam folder and haven't seen it in there.
Try calling their 1-800 number tomrrow during business hours.
