FormMail Issues

I'm having trouble with the cgi-sys formmail script. I'm almost 100 percent positive that I've coded my page correctly, (www.pixellex.com/email.html) and a day or two ago, the script worked perfectly. I have not changed it since, but I am now getting a "The requested URL /cgi-sys/FormMail.pl was not found on this server." error.

I'm quite sure I'm sending the form info to the correct script and directory, but it has just stopped working. What's wrong?

Appears the post below this has the same issue. Submit a TT, might be an issue with one of the hosts.
