Help uploading new MySQL db from .gz files

I have a backup of 2 MySQL databases that I am wanting to upload to my new HR account. They are in .gz format. Does anyone know how to create new db's on HR from these files.

Not real sure, you might need to register them in your admin panel after you upload them.

You almost definately have to decompress them.

Are the also tar'd or just gzip'd?

They were gzipped and tar, and the packed file was in sql format, which I didn't realize...I have now imported them...thanks.
