After having all kinds of trouble the past couple of months, including not ever being notified of impending email changes etc (yes, they have my correct address) Host Rocket suspended my service today.

We had paid ahead for two years service. Within that time frame you tend to forget when you paid and when things are due. Well, after trying to reach HR by phone for the past couple of weeks, someone finally answered and unceremoniously informed me we had been suspended.

Not one single piece of contact information has changed since we signed up... street address, telephone, email, etc. and just like normal they never even let us know--they just shut us off.

I had read on these forums where it happened to other customers but I didn't think it would happen to us!

Well I am sure there was a good reason to suspend your account. They don't suspend accounts for nothing. they do it to normally because you are using up to many system resources, and they suspend you to keep all the other clients on the same server as you up.

I've received several e-mails about the new e-mail settings, and all kinds of things, like anytime they plan to do any server/network maintance, or any time they expect to have downtime. I suggest submitting a TT if you have never received any of these e-mails.
