After having all kinds of trouble the past couple of months, including not ever being notified of impending email changes etc (yes, they have my correct address) Host Rocket suspended my service today.
We had paid ahead for two years service. Within that time frame you tend to forget when you paid and when things are due. Well, after trying to reach HR by phone for the past couple of weeks, someone finally answered and unceremoniously informed me we had been suspended.
Not one single piece of contact information has changed since we signed up... street address, telephone, email, etc. and just like normal they never even let us know--they just shut us off.
I had read on these forums where it happened to other customers but I didn't think it would happen to us!
