If you're having troubles, submit a trouble ticket. If you're on Host 42, it looks like they're having some issue with it.

How can you tell what host you are on?
My site is down as well...

The welcome email told you what host you are on and you can see it from your admin area.

It is always a good idea to post links to your website, or at least tell us what server you are on.
It is available in your welcome e-mail, and also is available wen you log into your account at www.rocketsupport.com
