Hi, folks -

I've put a trouble ticket through, but I'm hoping someone can reply quicker than the Support guys have been, so I can get this fixed.

I just started handling the DNS for one of my domains (which is hosted on host.hrwebsevices.net), and everything is resolving fine except for mail - it's bouncing.

I need to know what the proper settings should be for the MX record for my domain (thenonsuch.com) - I had it set at mail.thenonsuch.com. which wasn't working. Should it be set to host.hrwebservices.net or mail.hrwebservices.net or something completely different?

If anyone knows, please help!

Thanks,
Neil

Yes, I just got the e-mail -

I've made the changes to my DNS, so hopefully this works!

Thanks for bearing with me...

Could I get the answer to this one too please?

Also what does this mean?

When I send an email from the webmail system to another account I get this in the header (From part):

James Dasher [jamesd@host.hrwebservices.net]; on behalf of; James Dasher [info@jdasher.com]

What does it mean? Is there any way to fix it?

James
