If you do ask for a quote you should consider if you want a forum (www.phpBB.com) or photo gallery (Gallery) (http://gallery.menalto.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=index) installed at the same time.

Also, if HR installs these software packages who will maintain them?

Many folks have phpNuke installed here and would probably be willing to answer questions if you wanted to tr it on your own.
