Alright now I am getting upset. I have tried to call HR for the last 4 hours. And the darn thing hangs up on me saying that they have a heavy call volume. I need some service here. I have submitted multiple requests in the live support message thing, I need some help...

Hi,
The message should say that our office is closed today, as we provide technical support by phone 8am to 12am monday through friday. The message should be fixed asap.

Just to add to what Brendan said, prompt technical support is available through our helpdesk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The hours mentioned only apply to support via phone.

I got in touch with a rep online, and they were so very helpful. I would even say it was the best serivice i have ever recieved. Sorry for being so rude in my previous post. Ignorance...its a terrible thing.
