Recently HR suspended my account with no prior warning. When I asked why I got this response:
Your account was suspended because you were receiving a very
large amount of traffic. This was causing load spikes and
other customers could not reach their websites. You will
need to upgrade toa semi-dedicated server.
Now, surprise, I can't afford $65 / month, and wrote back asking them to grant me access to my domain so that I could back up my databases. To which I got no answer. I have now mailed them 6 or 7 times, and am still not getting any replies, which I find incredibly strange, as they always usually respond within minutes, it has now been close to a week.

I am so upset and angry. I have been a good customer for over two years, I have recommended their services to several friends, and I have been renewing my domain through them even though it has been twice the price compared to other domain-registrars. And now I am getting no help whatsoever.

I still find it hard to believe that my domain was getting that many hits, but obviously, HR have not been able to give me any data on this (as they aren't getting back to me).

What am I to do?

You can email any of the "Powerfull HR personal" that you see posting on the boards (Garham, Timothy, Melissa, Brendan) with TT numbers. It is also a good idea to post TT numbers in your post, because when the staff do view the boards, that is the first thing they will ask.
Did you try calling their 1-800 number? Sometimes people can get through, and other times they can't. Not much else I can tell you expect send out some e-mails. You can find them by searching the boards. I know Timothy has his addy in his signiture, as for everyone else, it is the same as their name (ex: melissa e-mail address is meslissa@hostrocket.com).

I hope you get this straighten out. You might have been subject to a Denial Of Service attack.

Also, what sort of site were you hosting? I'm curious what might have gone wrong. what was the traffic from the previous months?
