LOGIN - procedure ?

Oh, and I did have another question. A friend of mine is a member of this frat-like eh..."club". they would like me to help them with a site, and that's a'ok. No problemo there. But they have a specific request regarding a "membersection". They want to have some sort of a login-procedure so that only they can access that section.

This is outta my league ;(. D'ya know how that could be done ? Is there any free PHP things out there that could do this ? Or could anyone point me in the right direction here ?

You could always password protect the directory through the CP.

You can also search for a script at www.hotscripts.com

I don't think it would be very hard to set it up.
