I'm installing a graphics program NOW, & need to pick extensions

I just uninstalled a graphics program (VCW Vicman's - freeware) because I installed it without choosing extensions. I've got a little box with three columns of extensions to pick. I know I need .psd, and wondered what the most important extensions are?

Is it good to pick everything, or does that just waste resources and slow the program down?
