and you know someone has downloaded a track or two of silence, probably out of ignorence of an albums content.

I wonder whoever wins that pepsi/itunes contest will download 100,000,000 tracks of nothing...Now that would be hilarious. I would do it, that is if I couldn't sell it.

I wasn't impressed with the sound quality of these silent tracks anyways... I'm filing a class action lawsuit over them and my battery :D .

This doesn't suprise me at all actually, apple is quarky. Ever seen the movie "Pirates of Silicon Valley", movie shows apple's fearless leader dropping acid. They guy probably finds this silence the next best thing to his amazing fanless Imacs of the past :p
