So for some reason I decided to recode my HTML... basically I was bored and wanted XHTML 1.0 Strict rather then Transitional.... so I cut my site's core html down to about 35 lines rather then the 200 some it used to be... Now I've got everything to how I like it except this one little spot which I can't seem to manage.
Here (http://rag.nu/New%20Folder/New%20Folder/test.html) is the page. It hasn't been extensively tested yet in all browsers, try the most recent firebird or ie.
Now the first thing you probably notice (besides how nice it looks) is that massive massive space in where $foot is. If you don't spot it, look here (http://rag.nu/New%20Folder/New%20Folder/ss.gif). Now $foot is pretty much just a place holder for a bunch of images that I've got stashed in the CSS. All I'm really looking for here is a suggestion as to eliminate that giant space, perhaps another method of what I'm doing?
Thanks.
