Starting a cs clan

This clan is gunna have a couple divisions, Its gunna be a halo pc/halo xbox/ Cs clan. I have already been in halo clans and got really far. Went to a tourney and got 3 place, If anyone is interested, I mostly am gunna emphazie the Cs division as it is a really good game...
