I just logged on to the control panel for one of my sites and noticed something new. I like having the trouble ticket form right there on the control panel page. Very nice :-)

Wierd.. When is the last time you logged in to your cp? it's been there for almost a week.

It's a site that is pretty static, so I don't have much need to check in on the control panel. On top of that, I'm not the most observant person in the world, so it could have been there a month, and I might just now get around to noticing it!

I just noticed it too! I sent a ticket in via the CP and didn't get an autoresponse back. I think the email function may not be working.

The only time I've ever got an autoresponse is when I submit through the High Bandwidth site. Interesting.
