Is it possible to set up my hostrocket account to allow me to host others sites. Set them up with FTP but restrict it to their folders.

To do this you must buy a Dedicated Server or a Reseller Account, Or you can sell your subdomains because then they make a FTP account but you are limted to how many FTP account you have.

[Aquaplex]

The subdomains are restriced to their own FTP accounts.

In order to create a subdomain, you must first create a FTP account. and then add the subdomain to that FTP account.

This FTP account will be shown to you (the owner of the main account) in your public_html folder.

If you create an FTP account with the user name of
aquaplex

a folder will be created in your public_html older called
aquaplex.

When the person logs in to their account, all they will see is their own files and their own cgi-bin folder.

They cannot gain access to your files.
