Problem with guestbook script

Hi,

I have a problem with a guestbook script. All worked fine until recently when I suddenly could not post an entry. The error message is "database query error".
I am about to install and test it so I have changed settings but the only thing I changed between the moment when I could post entries and when it didn't work was the style.css.
I have uploaded the guestbook.php again which didn't help. Is this a server thing or what can I do?

What does the code look like?

Check your config file or whatever and make sure it's correct to connect to the database. Check that the tables are there in the database as well.
