Cant get through on phones - Site down!!

I dont understand why in the world you basically shut down phone service if it gets busy over there. My databse is down (90% of site is database driven) and I am calling but it says you are too busy try back later?!

How the heck can I get someone to fix my site, I am loosing customers left and right and cant do anything about it! HELP!

Did you try the non 1-800 number?

It is posted on serveral messages, just search for it.
