clcope

I have the following users in mysql. They are not connected to any dbs. I click on delete and mysqlmgr says it deleted the user, but when I go back they are still there.
clears_ccope
clears_general
clears_readonly
clears_readwrit
clears_womsro
clears_womsrw
The clears is not my HR user name, so I don't know how these got created.
Please help

Try refreshing the page after you delete them, That might help.
I'm actually having a similar problem but with the database itself. I only have one database active and it displays in my CP as only having one. But when I go into phpMyAdmin it shows my database and another "test_Raaa" database. Anyone else have this problem as well?

I tried refreshing the page. I even went out of MySQL Manager, but that didn't help either. :(

Weird, I guess the best thing to do is to send in a TT.
If they aren't yours, and you can't delete them, send in a TT to get them out of there. It sounds like some kind of bug. I just checked mine, and it does not show any other users, expect for the ones I made.

i also realised that when you create a new database, and you add a user to it, it automatically create another user.. which means there's 2 users in the database.. is it normal?

No, I don't think it is. I don't remember anything happening like that for me.
Are you creating databases via your control panel or phpMyAdmin?

i create them via my control panel..
First I create a new user (which is called univer-_fullmoon).
Then i create a new database (univer-_forum).
then i add to this database the user univer-_fullmoon.
then when i go back to the sql manager, i see two users: univer-_fullmoon and univer_fullmoon connected to this database..
weird...

Why the dashes? o.O
For me, I'll create database. I'll call it "fred" which turns into viperaa_fred. Then the user "bob" which turns into viperaa_bob.
Does your username have a dash in it or something? My guess is that dash is throwing it off...

yeah, my username is "univer-".
because my domain name is univer-site.ca
do you think that's because of the dash that mess everything up?

That would be my guess which is based on nothing.
I woulda though they'd replace that with an a or something like they did with mine (domain: viper007bond.com, account: viperaa).

weird... As Viper007Bond said in his message you should create a database forum and a dbuser fullmoon and let the CPanel add your HR user name.
