Great Service!!

I just got my server up and running and had a couple issues at first and HR was quick to resolve my problems. This has been the best service and hosting I have used yet and I have tried quite a few. Great support here.

That was the case when I joined. When I call
them up in case of emergency, they need to go
home to access their computer and this sometimes
takes more than a day.....

If someone calls our emergency phone number with an actual emergency, not a 'I changed my email password to something invalid and cant get in now' emergency which should go through the ticket system, it is handled immediatly.

When I called It was an emergency and you had to go
home to address it. You assured me that you would
call me to address that problem and never did!

Just to refresh your memory:

It was not about entering an incorrect password! It was about
a web based email account password being changed.
Since my memory served right, when I reentered the
web based email account with the correct password, all the contents were missing!
ALL THE CONTENTS WERE MISSING! That in my opinion
is an emergency and this is your response to after more
than 36 hours...

Hi,

I dont think the info can be retrieved for you, I think it removes and re-adds
the account when you change the password.
