Transfering Domain Name

Support, I have sent in many TT's and got now where. Is my domain name locked?
Can you un-lock it?
The last TT's I sent in are still not answered.48 hours and counting.

My domain expired in the middle of the dead zone.
I requested transfer on 12/31/02, it is now 01/21/03. 21 days and counting.
I have done everything asked of me to get this done.
Both by you and by godaddy.com
They say the problem lies with HR. The WHOIS shows HR as the registar still.
Please Help!

Hi. Although it doesn't seem to be coming up via a whois search at the moment it does appear that the simops.com domain is still assigned to bulkregister.com and it's my understanding that at this point HR can still renew it for you...you may or may not be able to *transfer* it to another registrar at this point as most registrars won't transfer an expired or about to expire domain (Godaddy.com for example will only transfer a domain if there are more than 10 days to go until the expiration date) however you should be able to renew and keep the domain without interruption.

Well one way or the other the *only* way in which you are going to resolve this is by getting in touch with HR support, hopefully you either have gotten or will soon get a response to your TTs, if not you may want to try ringing them up via 1-800-545-6737.

Super, Godaddy was $7.75 to renew and transfer, HR wants $20.00 so I get to pay $27.00 + tax for a one year domain.

I requested a trans fer with time to spare and am still standing in the same spot I was in 21 days ago.

Support has still not answered my TT's .
Got an e-mail from godaddy saying that it shows under bulkregiser from HR.
Come on guy's, think you could responded to something?

I think I am having the same problem with HR too... they suspended my site on Jan 6 for no good reason... told me to find a new host, which I did on Jan 9, and I have been trying to wrestle my domain name from them ever since! They even refunded my $$$ so I'm not paying for service. Half the WHOIS searches show my new name, but Internic is STILL showing HR and my site is STILL down with that stupid "suspended" page. Bad enough I lost my entire forum, my web counters AND my stats, now they won't give me back my domain name.

I've more than had it with these guys and they won't let me leave them!!

Anyone have any ideas??

it took 21 days but it is all better now.
I think it has something to do with bulkregiser. That is who HR uses..so the problem may not be theres entirely...
