View Full Version : Site Suspended for No Reason!!

Anybody having this issue too? My site was fine, then I tried to log in to the control panel and it said it was suspended! So I responded like they said I should and the ticket now says closed... but how can it be closed if my site is still down? So I submitted a second ticket. And in 5 minutes, they closed that one too... with no response. Getting seriously cheesed off at the crummy service here...

I have submitted three trouble tickets and each one has been closed with NO response from Hostrocket. I called the number given above and received a voice message stating that there was no one there to take my call. My site has been down for over 24 hours with no explanation from your company. My bill has been paid, and I have done nothing wrong. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service I have recieved that I am considering moving my site to another web host unless this issue is resolved immediately.

You need to make sure to call during normal business hours. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-12AM.
