Site Suspended..?

My site : http://www.shardsofavalon.net has been suspended without any warning. It's just a central hub for a bunch of players that play an Online Game.

While i have praised HR's support, i have yet to recieve any email (said something about getting one in this case, everything is right) or have my TT responded to in 3 days. I'm thinking it's something simple as just going over my 15gig/month bandwidth.

I'm hoping something might have been missed over the holidays and this can help clear things up and get my site back up!..Seems to help by posting here! :D

Bummer, sorry to hear it. While the unfortunate timing of the suspension (having it occur during the holidays when HR only has a 'skeleton crew' in place to address emergencys) is likely a factor you *still* should have been notified via email and a ticket opened. The contact info HR has is a valid, off-network email address, correct?
