I get an error when I go to my site (http://www.amarok-shadow.com/site/) It has only been happening since yesterday and I have no idea how to fix it. The error is:

Warning: Host 'localhost' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home/amarok-/public_html/site/pnadodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 121

Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Host 'localhost' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home/amarok-/public_html/site/pnadodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 121
mysql://amarok_asdc:@127.0.0.1/amarok_site failed to connectHost 'localhost' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

How do I fix this? Please someone help me.

I would send in a ticket. Let them take a look at it.

yep looks like HR will have to fix it. maybe your site was creating too many processes?

Yea well I tried to send a message to support@hostrocket.com but it came back with an invalid subject syntax error five times and I do exactly what it says to do.

the same thing's been happening to me. I got it a few days ago, sent in a ticket and they fixed it. I just got it again.. guess I'll have to send in another ticket.

problem permantently resolved :)

I think I\'ve permanently resolved the issue; MySQL limits
connection error limits to ten per host, so once ten
connection attempts fail, even from localhost, MySQL stops
accepting further connections. I\'ve bumped that limit up to
10,000 and so it should be much harder to reach.

Please let us know if this problem persists, there\'s another
fix available we can implement if this still happens.

We appreciate your patience; thanks for using HostRocket!

I have had this problem off and on for several days. Today it took about 3 hours for HostRocket to fix the problem, then it came right back only a few hours later.

What is the problem?

When will it be fixed?

Argh!

I've had this problem for about 18 hours now. Sent in a ticket and no response from it yet.

My site has been down more in the past 4 days than it's been up... and I havn't got a responce from support either... It just seems to be on host19... I'd pay 3 bucks for a priority ticket but it would probably be a waste...

I am also on host 19.. site has been down all throughout the night. I use HostRocket for two things: 1) e-mail 2) a message board that 10 or so of my friends talk on

I seem to have to send in a trouble ticket once every month or so to fix the e-mail.

And lately, a trouble ticket once a day to fix the message board.

What kind of service is this? It seems the least HR could do is actually address the problem, and estimate when it will be fixed.
