how do I install OpenSSL and Net::SSLeay Perl module?

someone please guide me, I am clueless.
I installed CGIproxy, but I want SSL compatbility too. for that I need to install OpenSSL and Net::SSLeay Perl module.

Try going to: http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/cgi-sys/perldiver.cgi

Do you see "Net::SSLeay" on the list of modules? If so, Net::SSLeay is installed on your server. If the script still gives you errors, post 'em.
